What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Not seeing your issue? Give us a call today and we'd be happy to work with you to create a custom plan.

  • Every site visit starts with a plant health consultation. This helps us to understand what the issue or pest causing the problems you’re facing is and the best way to move forward. This may require either soil or twig/leaf sampling to be sent off for testing, root excavation, or even a climbing assessment. Once the problem is identified we will work with you to create a management plan that will best achieve your goals.

  • All areas have pests that are native and invasive to the region. We can create a management plan that will allow you to most effectively deal with either type. Whether it be preemptive treatments of neem oil for scale insects or systemic insecticides for more voracious pests, we can create a plan that will manage the timing, dose, and level of control needed to address your specific issue.

  • We offer a report for clients that would be all encompassing of the information needed to best take care of their plants. This Report would include all current conditions of the plant in question, all relevant soil data, a risk assessment of the plant at the time of report, common pests and diseases in the area, cultural controls to maximize plant health, and trimming or pruning recommendations for the future. We would like to best equip you with the information you need to make the most informed decisions about your plants. For a sample report click here!

  • Trunk Injections are fairly self-explanatory, this is the direct injection of a select chemical into predrilled holes in the trunk to allow the chemical direct access to the vascular system. This is very effective for treating many insect and disease problems that other modes of treatment cannot. Trunk injections allow the use of much more potent chemicals as the chemical is put directly into the plant without the chance of being leached into the environment. This method is especially effective in treating diseases like Oak Wilt.

  • Root Drenches are soil applications of a high volume of chemical or fertilizer over a large percentage of the root system. This is typically done by filling a large receptacle with chemical and water and pouring over the desired area once mixed. This method can be very effective in getting fertilizer to spread over the entire root system or in the control of insects that overwinter in the soil.

  • Deep Root Injections are soil injections of specific chemicals roughly 4-6 inches into the soil, with the idea of getting the nutrients or chemical directly into the root zone. This can be very effective in treating root rots or delivering fertilizers directly to target roots or in environments where broadcast fertilizing would cause most of the fertilizer to be leached away.

  • Foliar Applications are sprays of the canopy of a plant to control a desired pest. Generally this is to treat fungi and certain insect problems in plants that are not excessively large or tall. Foliar applications can consist of anything from neem oil to contact insecticides, however, potency is generally limited as off target drift can be a concern.

  • We currently offer some Right-Of-Way application services for public and private utility companies, from spot treatment of invasives or unwanted vegetation to band or broadcast applications.
